The Foundation session will teach you the science behind the Oxygen Advantage protocols that breathe For life teach and most importantly how to breathe lite. So, whether you experience respiratory condition such as asthma, COPD or long Covid, want to improve fitness, reduce the effects of stress/anxiety or any ailment reducing the effectiveness of your immune system the Foundation session will show you how to make a difference.

We deliberately limit the sessions to 10 participants to give you the best opportunity to interact and personalise your experience.

Next LIVE Session - 17/03/2023

The Embedding session Is designed as a follow up to our Foundation Session. We have put together several breathing protocols that will enhance what you have learned so far. 
We would encourage to experiment with the different protocols and work out which ones suit your individual needs most. Some people like to work with breath holds, some don’t. Some people like to reduce the length of breath holds. What ever your preference, the Embedding session gives you the options and the chance to tailor the protocols to you.

Remember the basis for everything we teach is Breathe Lite, so please practice this daily and see your BOLT improve.
